Based on client’s need we design, erect & commission producer gas plant of various capacities on Bio-Coal / Coal firing.

Gas thus generated can replace costly Furnace Oil and Piped Natural Gas utilized for various applications like heating furnace, rotary kiln etc. This leads to reduction in annual fuel bill up to 30 – 40%. Innovative combination of Producer Gas from Biocoals and Engine Technology can be used to directly produce electricity at substantially reduced costs. This has the potential to liberate the Industrial Unit from dependence on external source of Electrical power making it self-reliant with respect to Electrical energy requirements.

The use of renewable sources like Biocoals makes it sustainable and environment friendly.

The technology is under Research and Development.

We supply Bio-coals (up to 90 mm Ø and above) manufactured from raw materials like Bagasse, ground nut shells, saw dust, soya husk etc. at market rates. Bio-coal has Calorific Value between 3500 4000 Kcal/h, ash 10-12% by weight.

We supply 1000 Tons per month to our current customers with potential to supply 10,000 tons per month.

We provide trained operators & supervisors for operation of external furnaces.

Work includes Dry Biofuels truck unloading, feeding Bio-coals in external furnace, ash removal, ash disposal etc.

We also deal with complete disposal of ash generated during Biofuel burning.

Tar Oil is the latest technology for breaking the chemical bonds and destroy any kind of solid or liquid organic waste, Polychlorinated biphenyls, asbestos and Hydrocarbons, some of which can be hazardous if disposed of in landfills or traditional mass burn incinerators.
